GDRE Investments is the trading name of The Gravesend and District Real Estate Company Limited, a privately owned property investment company.
The Company was incorporated in 1930 by a number of farming families and professionals. Originally investing mainly in residential property, the Company has since diversified into a wide range of commercial property which now represents approximately 80% of its holding.
GDRE Investments is actively looking for new investment opportunities within the south east, across all commercial sectors up to a lot size of £2.5m.

Personnel
The Company has six directors comprising a cross section of professionals, including surveyors, who between them have a wealth of property expertise.
One of these, Neil Chatterton, is responsible for the day to day running of the Company and is also the Company Secretary.
